What is CogniKid?

CogniKid is a daily drink mix designed to support healthy brain function in children. It combines B-vitamins, electrolytes, and natural fruit flavoring in a fast-absorbing powder that mixes into water, smoothies, or yogurt. It is a nutritional supplement, not a medication.

What is CogniKid made of?

Each scoop contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9 (Folate), Vitamin B12, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, plus a fruit and vegetable blend for color, natural and artificial flavors, sucralose, and citric acid.

What ages is CogniKid for?

CogniKid is formulated for children aged 4 to 12. For children under 4, please consult with your child's pediatrician before use.

How do you use CogniKid?

Mix one scoop into 14 to 20 ounces of water, blend into a smoothie, or freeze into a popsicle. The recommended serving is one scoop daily, preferably in the morning. Do not exceed two scoops in a 24-hour period.

What does CogniKid taste like?

CogniKid is available in three flavors: Passion Fruit (light and tropical, our hero flavor), Lemonade, and Peach Mango. All three are light and fruit-forward, similar to fruit-infused water rather than a syrupy drink mix.

How long does a tub last?

Each tub contains a 30-day supply at one scoop per day.

How does the subscription work?

Choose your subscription tier at checkout. CogniKid will ship automatically at the cadence you selected (monthly or quarterly) at the same discounted price you signed up for, every time. There are no hidden fees, no minimum commitment, and you can change or cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time in two ways: (1) log into your account at elurais.co/account and cancel directly, or (2) email support@elurais.com and we'll cancel it for you. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours and apply to your next scheduled charge. We do not require phone calls. We do not run retention pop-ups. We do not require a reason.

How do I skip, pause, or change a shipment?

Log into your account at elurais.co/account, open the Subscriptions tab, and skip the next shipment, change frequency, swap flavors, or update your shipping address. All changes are one click. If anything doesn't work the way you expect, email support@elurais.com and we'll handle it.

When am I charged?

Your first charge is at checkout. Each subsequent charge is on the renewal date you selected (monthly or quarterly). You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each charge so you can skip, pause, change, or cancel before the charge happens.

What will the charge look like on my bank statement?

Your CogniKid charge will appear as ELURAIS.CO COGNIKID (or similar variation) on your bank or credit card statement. If you see a charge you don't recognize, email support@elurais.com and we'll help you look it up before doing anything else.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All CogniKid orders ship from a facility in the United States.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from when your order is packed. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on the way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track any order any time at elurais.co/pages/track-your-order by entering the email you ordered with.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you'd like CogniKid available in your country, email support@elurais.com and let us know — international expansion decisions are partly driven by where parents ask for it.

Refunds & Returns

What is your refund policy?

CogniKid comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt, contact support@elurais.com and we'll process a refund. We do not require you to return the tub.

How long do refunds take?

We process refund requests within 24 hours. The refund typically appears on your bank or credit card statement within 1 to 5 business days after we process it, depending on your bank's processing time.

What if my order is damaged or never arrived?

Email support@elurais.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Do you collect information about my child?

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in the United States, or under the age of majority in other jurisdictions. The Services are intended for use by adults. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us at support@elurais.com and we will delete it promptly.
